• Construction begins in August on a beautiful 8000 square foot home in Hunter's Creek, one of the Memorial Villages. The home is a French Country design from Don Purser and will sit on a wooded one acre tract just off of Memorial Drive.

    

• The Green Building trend continues to pick up steam here in the Houston area. We have recently completed homes utilizing SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) and ICFs (Insulated Concrete Forms). These technologies are environmentally friendly, more structurally sound than traditional construction and are far more energy efficient. Contact us for more information.

    

• Plans have been finalized and construction is about to begin on a 7500 square foot Estate Home near Memorial Park and the former Rainbow Lodge restaurant. The lot backs up to Buffalo Bayou and will have stunning views of the water and wildlife that most people do not realize exist so close to downtown.

      

• One of our projects was featured recently as part of the Bellaire Fall Showcase of Homes. This Showcase took place over two weekends in October in which over 1200 people toured the Spanish Mediterranean design by Guillermo Avalos, one of our preferred designers. The home was beautifully staged by interior designer Ginny Hall and florist Orlando Flores.

            

• We recently completed a beautiful 4000 square foot Victorian style home in Heights. The home included a 600 square foot garage apartment, hand scraped hardwood floors, icynene foam insulation, granite countertops throughout the home, high ceilings on both floors, etc. The home and the homeowners were featured in an article in Inc. Magazine, a national publication.

                  

• Sunset Blvd. in West University is the site of one of our most unique projects. This 6000+ square foot custom design was a collaborative design with architects in France. The very French Architecture will be a beautiful addition to the neighborhood and is currently stopping traffic with the use of Insulated Concrete Forms. This home has been featured on Channel 13 News.

                          

• Jeffrey Harrington Homes jobsite signs are popping up at several locations in Bellaire and West University as that area of town continues to be one of the most popular due to the standard of living, location, schools, etc.

                         

• Currently under design is a 11,000 square foot Estate Home destined for a 5 acre, heavily wooded tract of land in Sienna Point. The home, another Don Purser design, will feature a circular drive and very stately entrance. Two spiral staircases will greet visitors and each will have it's own salt water aquarium, visible between the stairways in the dramatic, soaring entryway. Included are up and down billiard rooms, downstairs master and guest suites, a meeting room, two kitchens, large media room, broadcast studio, and many more features.  

                            

• We have recently completed construction on only the second LEED Pilot Program home in the Houston area. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and is a program developed by the US Green Building Council. The walls AND roof of this unique home are constructed using SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels). Our client is utilizing her project to launch her new career as a Green Building Consultant. • Construction is under way on a 7000+ square foot Contemporary stunner on the water at Constellation Point on Clear Lake. This three story home has multiple split level rooms including a wine cellar, extensive butt-glass windows for water views and sweeping curved walls throughout the house, making it a one of a kind showplace for this well known NASA engineer and his wife.

                                            

• Mark Jeffrey has earned his Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation through the NAHB Professional Designation Program. We have completed numerous projects utilizing many green products and technologies. The CGP designation is one of the newest available and demonstrates our commitment to building energy efficient, environmentally friendly and healthier homes.

                                              

• Audubon Place, in Montrose, is our site of an upscale 5 unit three story detached patio home complex with roof decks for a great view of the Houston skyline. These contemporary Mediterranean homes, designed by Rodney Stevens of Sullivan Stevens Henry will be a great addition to Montrose.

                                          

• Mark Van Doren of APD Designs in the Heights has designed an outstanding three story Greek Revival home for a fantastic location just off Allen Parkway near downtown. The master bedroom, on the third floor, will have a 180 degree, million dollar view of downtown Houston.

                                                 

• We have two beautiful designs under construction in the Heights and one in Historic Norhill, near downtown Houston, done for us by Guillermo Avalos of GAD Designs. Guillermo continues to demonstrate his versatility, not only with his signature Spanish Mediterranean designs in Bellaire, but also with the Victorian designs in the Heights and the Cottage Craftsman home for Norhill.
