Jeffrey Harrington Homes is interested in long term relationships with real estate investors. We are not interested in a single project together, but a long term plan to develop a series of strategic projects in the greater Houston area.
What’s in it for Jeffrey Harrington Homes?
· Jeffrey Harrington Homes’ goal is to build a few, high visibility, strategically located custom homes that will enhance the reputation of JHH and generate additional sales in the selected area.
· The homes will be marketed from design conception with the goal of generating sales before construction is complete.
· We desire cash investors to eliminate monthly bank notes in return for a higher rate of return.
What’s in it for the Investor?
· LOW RISK. The investor will own the property 100%. JHH will only receive compensation upon the sale of the property. Since the home will be built at cost, with no builder mark-up, then the investor would own a home at 20% to 30% below market value.
· GOOD RETURN. The profit on the sale of the home will be split with JHH. Expected returns would be 8% to 15%.
· RESIDUAL SALES. Additional sales generated from the project will pay additional returns to the investor with no risks whatsoever.

· Speculative Homes in Desirable In-Town Neighborhoods
· Re-development of single tracts of land into multiple lots
